Norton Healthcare is assisting the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health & Wellness to provide COVID-19 vaccines to the community.

Residents and employees of long term care facilities should contact Walgreens or CVS to schedule their vaccine.

You will be required to show proof of eligibility. (Employee Badge)
